Description

Teaching how to Identify and use the six traits of writing™ has never been easier! This lesson includes an introduction and thorough explanation of each trait and its role in writing. Additionally, an anchor essay with examples of each trait identified in the paragraphs provides students the opportunity to practice the skills they have learned.

The no prep lesson can be used in class or assigned for distance learning as independent student work with Google™ Links provided. The instructional video with step-by-step guided note-taking can be presented as whole class instruction or assigned for students to complete at home.
