6 Week Anger Management Group Counseling Curriculum

Topic: Anger Management

Target Grade Level: Middle School/High School

Group Objective: Students will focus on processing through their anger. They will learn about what it is, underlying causes of it, triggers, and self-management techniques to help cope with anger. In addition, they will be able to successfully execute their personal action plan of self-regulation. By the end of the group, students should feel confident in being able to de-escalate situations involving anger. 

*Product includes sample consent form, an emotional regulation questionnaire if educators/counselors would like to take data on their participants, and a 6 lesson plans.
