Description
This AAC data log is a great tool to help teachers keep track of attempts made with communication devices in the classroom. Speech-Language Pathologists and Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants can provide this log to teachers to gain a better understanding of how the student is utilizing the device in the classroom. Make a copy of the data log prior to progress meeting/ARDs to show parents how we are using the device in the speech room and classroom. This can be used to teach and encourage parents to use the device with their child at home. There is a column for the date, total minutes utilized, cooperative or uncooperative, type of activity and words/phrases targeted/used.
