These guided notes are a great resource to provide students as they become more skilled at taking their own notes, especially in the flipped classroom. With these notes they can focus more on listening and encoding, and less on writing. They are still expected to write (because it's an essential process to learning), but can focus on how it helps them learn and encode rather than be worried about missing something.
