What educators are saying

This is a great resource. I am making copies to place in sheet protectors for students to use over and over again.
Thank you for this resource! Used them in first grade for my lessons and also used them in 3rd grade for my emergent ELL and students with learning disabilities! Loved how organized it was! Thank you!

Description

NEWLY UPDATED....NEW MATS....FONT UPDATE....MORE MATS.....RE-DOWNLOAD FOR UPDATES!

Having a place for students to place their playing cards, counters, markers, Unifix cubes, etc., is something I have always wished I had, especially at the beginning of the year. Students often mix up the discard pile with their draw from pile or they don’t see that it’s time to group when they have 10 ones. I’ve created this packet to help avoid some of these problems!

I have used mostly black and white to conserve on ink, but please look through before you print to find the mat(s) that best meet your needs. I print my mats on colored card stock and then laminate them so they will last from year to year. I will add to this packet as I think of new, engaging math mats.

Included in this packet, you will find:
Tens Frames
100 and 120 Charts (empty charts and filled to use as a resource)
Tens and Ones Place Value Charts
Hundreds, Tens and Ones Place Value Charts
Thousands, Hundreds, Tens and Ones Place Value Charts
Number Bond Mats with Addition and Subtraction Frames
Number Bond Mats with Addition and Subtraction with Regrouping Frames
Addition and Subtraction Mats
Division and Multiplication Mats
Greater Than, Less Than and Equal To Mats
Fact Family: Addition and Subtraction
Fact Family: Multiplication and Division
10 More, 10 Less, 1 More, 1 Less
2D and 3D Sorting Mat
Graph
Odd Or Even Mats
Digital and Analog Clock Mats
Money (Coins) Mats
Variety of Mats for Playing Card Games

This is a simple prep activity and once done, you have partner, center, or workstation games prepared for the entire year!
