Description
Five, thirty minute sessions on anger management. Anger Management strategies are important for all students to learn and it is often requested by parents and teachers for particular kiddos. Having a strong tool kit is important and beneficial for all educators. Students learn:
1. It is okay to feel angry.
2. Levels of Anger (danger zone)
3. Identify Triggers
4. Clean vs. Dirty Anger Actions
5. Anger is a secondary emotion
Sessions are interactive, fun and exciting for students. Packet includes detailed lesson plans, printable worksheets, pre/post test, and parent letters.
Lessons can be done in small groups or one on one.
