What educators are saying

This resource was perfect for what we needed! My student is going through hormonal changes and we used this to help address some of her communication needs.

Description

When a child with autism is sick or in pain, it is very hard for them to identify or express the way they are feeling.

Within this packet is a "My Body Hurts" chart. The chart has a body with major body areas identified, such as: head, eyes, throat, arm, stomach, leg, ankle, toes and etc.

The "My Body Hurts" also has an area on "My Body is Feeling..." and a listing of possible reasons such as: hot, cold, itchy, aches, bleeding, runny, better and etc.

The "My Body Hurts" also has a "My pain level" from 1-10 and is shade from a light color to a dark color. The "My pain level" also shows a picture of how you feel: happy, okay and angry.

Please Note: I do not have control over printing or downloading issues. Please contact TpT for help on these issues. Thank you.
