Description
The All About Me and Getting to Know project bundle will help you learn more about your students as individuals, help build relationships, and establish a sense of classroom community. Students love the opportunity to be heard! This All About Me project bundle reinforces the concepts of social emotional learning as each student is being recognized as unique and valuable!
The activities will be embraced by your students as both projects allow students to make choices. Students select the topics that interest them the most - fostering a sense of ownership over their own learning.
The projects are perfect for back to school but can be implemented as autobiographical writing activities at any point during the school year.
Students will enjoy writing Identity poems and using Word Art to express their unique traits. They also will create an engaging, interactive All About Me eBook using Google Slides!
The activities and materials are formatted for Google Drive and Google Classroom but can be used with Microsoft Office, also.
The Getting to Know You and Back to School activities bundle will not only provide you, the teacher, with valuable insight about each individual student, it will also foster a sense of classroom community as your students learn more about their classmates as individuals!
