Beatrix Potter Stories - Literature-based Learning Unit

Who knew that your child could learn vocabulary, the healing power of herbs, how to cook, and gardening, all in the same learning unit?

This is a vocabulary unit for three Beatrix Potter stories, The Tale of Peter Rabbit, The Tale of Jemima Puddle-Duck, and The Tale of Squirrel Nutkin. In addition to vocabulary definitions, it also includes mini lesson via the links provided.

The unit is in Excel format with a main vocabulary page (including the external links to mini lessons and coloring sheets), three vocabulary matching worksheets, three question worksheets, 21 coloring sheets, and six answer sheets.

As always, parents, please look through these lessons before having your child work on them. FYI: In The Tale of Jemima Puddle-Duck, there is a word with a double meaning which could be considered offensive but is not meant that way in the story.
