Description

This is a NO-PREP LESSON designed to teach students about angle of impact, area of convergence, and area of origin. This lesson is designed for students in a high school forensic science class and is best used when covering blood spatter. In this lesson, students get practice measuring bloodstains, calculating blood spatter evidence and interpreting bloodstain calculations.

Open the Google Slides and run the lesson in instructor-paced mode with Pear Deck to check student understanding and give them instant feedback, OR choose to distribute the slides in student-paced mode and let students check their own understanding using the built-in answer slides.

If you don't have a Pear Deck account setup, you can still run this lesson using Google Slides and ask for student participation using your method of online communication (Zoom, or Google Hangouts). ** This option will require some prep work.**

At the end of the lesson, give students an opportunity to practice what they learned in the lesson by giving them additional practice problems on Google Slides.
