Body Movement Project and Rubric

This project allows students to choose from video, presentation, and written options as they explore body movements in sports and other activities. Students will be guided through planning and submitted an explanation of movement in their own words and an analysis of a sport skill broken down into its component parts.

BONUS USE: As students are learning, have them complete this project in small groups--then repeat at the end of the semester/year as individuals using more complex movements and skills. Then have students reflect on the differences between their two projects and what they've learned.
