The Bubble STEM Activity features four exciting challenges that are sure to keep your students engaged:

  1. Build a wand to create the biggest bubbles possible
  2. Create a wand that makes the most bubbles at once
  3. Test and compare different bubble solutions
  4. Explore bubble geometry by making different shaped bubbles

Materials List:

Challenge 1:

Drinking Straws, plastic stir sticks, string, rubber bands, pipe cleaners, Aluminum pie pans (or similar containers) & bubble solution

Simple bubble wands (or pipe cleaners to make your own.

•Toothpicks

•modeling clay (or raisins work well too)

•Thread (cut into 1 ft lengths)

•Wide deep containers
