Calm Down Cat – Guided Meditation and Relaxation Kit

Calm Down Cat is a multimedia resource kit for young children designed to focus attention and calm emotions. In addition to a music video that integrates guided imagery and progressive relaxation, this bundle comes with numerous follow-up activities that further support stress reduction and mindfulness, including:
