Write the Room: Doggy, Where's Your Bone?: Students walk around the room looking for picture cards of the doggy and his bone. They decided if his bone is located to his north, south, east, or west and record the answer on the recording sheet.

Emergent Reader: Full Page and 1/2 page version. Students look at the fish and fill in the blank to tell the direction it is traveling in the sea. Then they draw their own fish traveling in the different directions.
