This is a set of FREE pages that you can send home to parents to request a complete change of clothing in the event of accidents and spills.
Also included are mini sheets to send home with the student on the day of the accident requesting specific clothing to be cleaned and returned.
I send this letter home the first week of school with an attached zipper bag (I buy mine at the dollar store for $1).
