Support your beginner readers and writers with these character trait word banks. Not only does it give students ideas of character traits to use in their writing, but it also helps them understand what the traits mean by grouping similar traits together in the chart. Since I’ve started using this I’ve noticed that my students have started using a wider range of vocabulary to describe their characters.
