Christmas in the Hispanic World (La Navidad en el Mundo Hispano)

This is a great, fun unit on Christmas in Mexico, Spain, and South America. It includes cultural information, vocabulary, and lyrics to Villancicos (Christmas carols) in Spanish. The lesson invites students to think about Hispanic cultures, learn new terms, and even sing. This activity folder contains a link to a Prezi presentation, a SMART Notebook file with activities, a PDF file with slides for those that do not use SMART, a Word document (.docx) of handouts for students with activities, and a Word document of handouts with answers for the teacher.
