My students loved learning the poems! I laminated the coins and will use them again next year. I put the poems on the classroom wall and we used the chants when they waiting in line for restroom etc. You could also put the posters in your kitchen center and they can use coins to purchase groceries.
These were an absolute MUST for my 2nd graders math journals. I made them journal sized and they fit great. Students were able to refer back whenever they needed. Such a great resource for any students working with money. I will definitely be using these again.
