Description

Many middle-schoolers struggle with compound sentences, so here are two free compound sentence worksheets to address those needs.

  • The first compound sentence worksheet covers compound sentences with fanboys where students fill in the missing coordinating conjunction.
  • The second offers practice with compound sentences with semicolons where students match and combine sentences.

Both worksheets include links to Google slide versions and brain bonuses for a little outside-the-box thinking.
