Convert Customary Units Measurement Conversions Word Problems Activity 4th Grade

Looking for an activity to make word problems with customary measurement conversions fun for your 4th grade students? This Customary Measurement Conversions Battleship Activity includes 24 challenging word problem task cards, which require students to convert customary units of measurement to solve. To motivate students to tackle these measurement word problems, students must use their answers to complete a battleship-style game board. This 4th grade customary conversions activity is perfect for end-of-unit review, math test prep, fun Fridays, and more!

As the teacher, you will place the measurement word problem task cards around the room. Students will move around and solve the customary measurement conversion problems on each card. Then, they will use their answers to determine the location of each battleship on their board.

Because these cards were designed for 4th grade math , students are only required to convert measurements from larger units to smaller units. No fractions or decimals are included.
