Description

I used these colorful little turkeys as a way to help my students understand naming/drawing LD structures a bit better. We were learning this around Thanksgiving so it was fitting, but even if it's not the turkey time of year, these little guys are really cute and my students loved having a race to see who could build the most turkeys first.

Each turkey has 3 parts:

- a head (which represents the chemical name)

- a body (which represents the chemical's LD structure)

- feathers (the elements which make up the molecule)

Complete directions for set-up and use included in the publisher file (publisher used in case you want to make edits yourself)
