Description
Teach your students to write in cursive by introducing the letters that are easiest to learn first. Students will continue to gain experience with letters of increasing difficulty until they have mastered the entire alphabet. This progressive cursive practice pack provides teachers with penmanship practice for students learning cursive. 51 pages provided. Students work in a progressive manner and begin connecting letters to each other on the very first day of instruction. Students will trace each letter, practice each letter independently, and practice each letter within words. Review activities are woven in throughout the packet so that students can remember what they have learned. Letters with similar strokes are taught together, and every practice page has the "print" version of the letter included for reference. Pages are numbered for your convenience.
This packet includes two different pages of sheets with blank-lines. These are great for reproducing, using with a document camera, or using under sheet protectors.
A cursive art-activity with example and a "suggestions for use" page are also included with this packet.
**Updates: this file now includes two versions, a more modern/"progressive" version, and a more "traditional" version with the traditional b, T, F, and G. This file now includes reference alphabets which list the entire modern, traditional, and mixed versions so your students can see all of the letters at a glance.
