My students enjoyed creating their own gladiator and sharing their drawings in class. I will be using this again next year towards the end of my unit.

Design a Roman Gladiator: A Rome Activity - Create your own Gladiator
Bring ancient Rome into your classroom with this activity where students design their own gladiator Gladiator: Two versions of this sheet are included - one with the outline of a gladiator, and one blank worksheet if the students want to draw their own gladiator.
Also included is writing organizer which encourages your students to think about how the gladiators must of felt being forced to fight. A great topic for class discussion.
