If you open the PREVIEW, you will be able to see two Warm Ups for each of the 7 main topics listed above, along with teacher directions and answer slides.

Teachers, here's how I quickly grade these bell ringers:

Students use the Warm Ups Handout, and when the 10 spaces are filled, they turn it in for a grade. I only grade one entry from the five on each side, but they won’t know which one will be graded. If they have completed that one fully and accurately (they are allowed to make changes when we discuss each one), and all the others are completed, they get full credit. You could also circulate and use a check, check plus, check minus system on their logs for their daily effort, if you have smaller classes.

The Writing Prompts add variety and you may want to have them written on paper or in a notebook for more space.

I enjoy rotating the topics often, and students get the hang of these activities with the repetition over the weeks! If you are looking for engaging warms ups that only take 5-7 minutes (and don’t stretch into 15 minutes), you will want this resource!

Please open the PREVIEW to see several examples!

Thanks, --Joy
