EYLF SPECIAL DAYS Jan-March Early Learning Story EDITABLE Templates Australia

This resource includes 12 editable EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) Learning Story Templates that have been prefilled with Examples of Learning Stories, Analysis of Learning and 'Where To Next?' as well as links to EYLF outcomes and descriptors and theorists to save you time. This bundle includes Learning Stories for Special Days throughout the 3 months of January, February and March. The Special Days included and their dates of celebration in Australia are:

• Survival / Invasion (Australia) Day

(26th January)

• Chinese New Year / Lunar New Year

(Begins with the New Moon between January 21st and February 20th)

• Harmony Week

(During the week that includes 21st March)

• Clean Up Australia Day
  (First Sunday in March)

• International Women's Day
  (March 8th)

• Earth Hour
  (Last Saturday of March)

This resource is designed by an Australian educator and made to suit the needs of educators across Australia. These learning stories can be printed for display or to give to families, or posted directly to your curriculum sharing program or device e.g. Storypark or Kinderloop.

This resource is appropriate for use with:

• Belonging, Being and Becoming: The Early Years Learning Framework for Australia (EYLF).
• 'My Time, Our Place: Framework for School Age Care in Australia (MTOP)',
• 'Queensland kindergarten learning guideline (QKLG)', and
• Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF).
