Description

This zip file contains materials a for middle school science lesson on earthquake epicenters and how to locate an epicenter using triangulation as part of an Earth science unit. The unit was designed for 7th graders in NYC.

1 lab sheet with diagrams (5 pages)


Presentations serve as lesson plans that guide the teacher through the entire lesson. Presentation includes links to related YouTube videos to increase student engagement.
