This guide was created to help teach SOCIAL skills in SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL Learning. It is a companion toA Little SPOT of Feelings & Emotions Educator Guide. When both guides are used together, they offer a complete SEL curriculum. Each guide can be used on its own or in conjunction with one another. A gray box with the spiral-bound icon can be found when it’s helpful to reference the Feeling s& Emotion Guide.

This guide was created adhering to Common Core standards and CASEL: Effective Social-Emotional Learning Programs. It was developed to be a fun and creative resource to teach SOCIAL EMOTIONAL LEARNING  to elementary school students. The activities and lessons are created for 5-8 year olds, but can easily be adapted for younger or older students.
