• 9 lessons each 6-15 minutes (11 pdf pages) plus an original Orff arrangement which compliments the original ABA song. The lesson plans include detailed instructions for teaching the song, movement, rhythmic and melodic activities, boomwhacker ostinato and Orff ensemble to first and second grade. Additional adaptions and extensions are also addressed.

• 25 slides (with 10 slides being student interactive) may be used to reinforce melodic direction, rhythmic reading and melodic reading. You will have everything you need to teach all the lessons.

It is a perfect piece to add to a performance/concert or just to sing and dance in music class addressing curricular concepts as appropriate. You do not need to utilize the Orff arrangement in order to address curricular concepts while your class enjoys making music with this product.
