There is little prep involved with this (by this, I mean editing the sub forms, making copies, gathering dice and place markers, and putting it all together....THAT'S IT!!!) Each activity was intentionally created to be effective at any point in the year. If you use it toward the beginning of the year, these activities will be amazing for your first graders with built in modeling and thorough explanations. For middle to end of year first graders, these plans will serve as purposeful practice and/or review. As educators, we don't want a day wasted when we are gone, and you can rest assured that your students will be busy with very productive activities all the live-long day!
