Employment Web-quest- Target- With Editable Application

Have your student complete this Employment Web-quest, by searching Target's website to answer questions about employment opportunities. Students follow explicit step-by-step directions, including screen grabs from the website, that are also hyperlinked in the slide, to search for job opportunities in their area. They navigate the career page of the website to answer questions about benefits, work culture, as well as frequently asked questions. They review resources on Target's website on interview tips, and practice formulating responses to commonly asked interview questions. Afterwards they complete an editable application, based off of common online job applications. Students practice writing/typing their personal information, listing references and employment history, and answering general job application questions. This Google Slide deck can be edited to meet the needs of your students. Students can complete the job application digitally in Google Slides, or it can be printed and done as a paper application.
