This FUN digital and printable Memory Book that is perfect for grades 2-5! There is an interactive digital version with digital signatures AND a black and white printable version. Digital Version: Students complete their interactive Memory Book using either Google Slides or PowerPoint. Then, using one of the two included Jamboards, students create their own signature page and have peers leave sticky note messages. Want to be able to print completed Digital Memory Books to send them home with kids at the end of the year? No problem! After students finish designing their digital Memory Book, download them as a pdf, print, and staple. They are fun gifts on the last day of school! The Memory Book comes in both Google Slides and PowerPoint. The Signature Pages come in Jamboard (2 versions available; one where students upload their photo and one without).

Black and White Printable Version: Print one copy, complete your teacher letter page and then make copies for your class. Both whole page and half page versions are included. The black and white printable version comes as a PDF with two signature pages for the end of each book.

The Digital Signature Book Includes (Jamboard):

Jamboards is a free app that comes comes with Google (just like Google Slides). Version 1 (students add a picture of themselves): One link to Jamboard (20 Slides)

Version 2 (students do NOT add a picture of themselves): One link to Jamboard (20 Slides)

There is one direction slide and then 19 signature pages. If you have more than 19 students, set up 2 different Jamboards. Jamboard only allows a max of 20 slides so you can make two groups (one for each Jamboard) and share both Jamboards with the whole class so that everyone can add a sticky note to each child's Signature Page.
