What educators are saying

It has been a great experience! I tried it first at home with my child, but I intend to use it in my classroom (20 kids) as it worked so well on one on one basis.
This was very easy to prep and very engaging for my students. There is a lot for students to read. It is challenging enough that they enjoyed solving the mystery. I would highly recommend this. I used it in my forensic science class.

STORY - Mystery Details

John Green was driving down a winding road during a rain storm, on his way to The Blue Mountain Lodge. The Blue Mountain Lodge is a quaint, cozy, and quiet little restaurant near the serene mountain side. It was John's favorite place to go when he needed one of his "comfort meals," which was usually Ms. Peabody's famous meatloaf and mashed potatoes. As he was driving down a dark, winding road on a chilly, stormy night, he noticed a sign that was out of place. The sign had never been there before and he could tell it was handwritten, because the ink from the words was dripping down the cardboard it was written on. The sign was nailed to a tree and read, "TURN BACK NOW!" Thinking it was a prank some teenagers played, he ignores the sign. He continues down the road to The Blue Mountain Lodge and what he sees there is something that will forever be burned into his mind.
