What educators are saying

Awesome activity that my students love to use. I sometimes use this resource as a game and other times I use it during individual counseling sessions.
I purchased six of these sorting activities for centers during guidance classes. Students were extremely engaged and it was a great way to review things we've learned throughout the year. Easy to assemble and store for future use!

Description

I love this activity, and hope you will too! Simply use this activity for expected and unexpected behavior categorization, discussion, or even as a game if you decide to keep points. Students will categorize by placing each piece in the correct box. The expected/unexpected definitions in this activity refer to basic good or poor choices. Expansion for an expected choice such as wearing a hat on hat day can be easily incorporated. This download includes:

  • 3D popcorn bag templates (in color and BW)
  • 48 behavior choice cards (in color and BW)
  • 6 blank popcorn pieces to add your own specific examples (color and BW)
  • Detailed lesson plan
  • SEL standards met

**If using with younger grades, reading or simplifying of each piece may be needed :)
