Description

This Feudalism activity includes a simple, 1-page reading that explains how Feudalism worked during the Middle Ages along with a worksheet and Google Doc.

The reading on feudalism in Europe It covers the key vocabulary terms (serf, fief, vassal, etc.) and helps students to understand the reasons why the system was in place and what each person's role was in it.

Following the reading, students complete 8 comprehension questions based on what they read. This makes for an excellent homework assignment or in-class reading because it can be completed without any additional resources.

Both an editable Google Docs version of the activity and answer key are provided for your convenience.
