Let's get ready for your field trip! This is an information page for field trip chaperones. It is in an editable word document so you can change it for your field trip details!
It includes a place for:
-an agenda
-group info
-emergency contact numbers
It was super helpful to the chaperones, and made me look like an organized teacher!
I use this download for trips where we spread out into different groups, and the chaperone is responsible for the group all day. Trips like zoos and art museums are like this, and the chaperones need a little more direction. This download includes a detailed agenda, with times to meet up and things to do during the day.
Note: If you have a field trip where you are all together, and it's less responsibility for chaperones, I use this more simple chaperone handout. It doesn't have the detailed agenda, and it shows all the groups, since everyone will be together. Both are helpful for different trips!
