Description

This resource is available in color and black and white. The black and white version would allow you to have the students cut and create a back to school craftivity.

This resources covers metaphors, similes, personification, and hyperbole.

The students sort the crayons into groups based on what figurative language is being described or used in the sentence.

This can be used as a reading center, RTI center, workstation activity, or craftivity (the black and white version).
