What educators are saying

I am using this resource with my higher level first graders in a small group. We are focusing on building vocabulary and comprehension skills. The students really enjoy reading a chapter book and this guide is helping keep our learning focused.
I used this to do a book study in Success Time with second grade students. It was a really good resource for comprehension and vocabulary skills.

Description

This no-prep book study allows students to look deeply at Flat Stanley's original adventure! It includes comprehension questions for each chapter, a vocabulary study for each chapter, various comprehension strategies that match the book and can also be used for other texts (including character analysis, summarizing, cause and effect, an activity timeline, character changes over time, and sequencing), and a friendly letter writing project. Students will love connecting with this book, deeply understanding the text, and completing a fun project that allows them to learn about other cultures around the world.
