Description
This listing is for a digital download of a 18 full (8.5 x 11") page, 34 half sheets of guided notes over the Food Handler curriculum. This is meant for a intro to culinary, culinary, foods, or family and consumer science class that gets students Food Handler certified.
This booklet is meant to be printed front and back on 9 sheets of paper and then folded over to make a booklet. You can then hole punch and tie off, or just use ribbon to go down the middle of the booklet and tied on the outside (this is what I had my students do). A copy of the booklet with answers is also included.
A digital version via GOOGLE SLIDES has been created for those teaching the curriculum online. The online version can not be posted on to a public site and must be assigned via a secure learning management system such as google classroom.
