This listing is for activities to be used digitally for students studying food safety and sanitation. This is especially helpful for students who are preparing to take a nationally recognized food safety and sanitation certification mangers exam.
There are 34 activities total that go along with all the topics for food safety and sanitation (see activity names listed below). These activities can be put in a "digital interactive notebook" or done as stand alone activities.
When you download the file you will be opening a pdf that has information for the teacher and links to all the files. The files are all GOOGLE SLIDES. This product works very well with google classroom. There are several different files you are getting:
- Original Digital Interactive Notebook- this file is really a teacher's viewing guide. It has all the activities blank.
- Blank background- same set of activities without the notebook paper background (to make it better to print in case you need to print any)
- Fillable- this is the same set of activities except it has fillable blanks placed where students should put the answers
- Drag & Drop- this is the set of activities except to the right of the slide the answers are randomly placed for students to drag and drop the answers in place (great for students who have IEP's)
- Answers- this is the same set of activities with the answers in place
- Student copy- if you choose to assign students a blank slides presentation where they have to copy and paste the activities in upon being assigned- there is this slides file that has a title page, a thought (journal like) page, and a page that explains how to copy and paste
