What educators are saying

My students were able to complete this activity independently while working on their research skills. Very effective resource!

Description

12 page French Revolution document contains a webquest and teachers key, which was the event that transitioned France from a society based on feudalism to one based on the principles of a republic. The French Revolution, along with the American Revolution, would be a major turning point in the history of Western culture. It contains 45 questions from a great history website.

Your students will learn about the major events, people and themes. Specifically, your students will learn about the causes of the French Revolution, the role of Louis XVI and the Storming of the Bastille. The webquest covers the major events from its beginning to its end with the rise of Napoleon. This webquest acts as a great lead in to learning about the French Revolution in more detail or as a review activity.

The teachers key is detailed and will make marking the webquest or going over it with your students easy and simple.

Would also make a great activity for a substitute or for homework if students have access to the internet at home! A great activity to learn about the French Revolution and its importance in history!
