Description

Need a great way for your students to learn and practice finding area and perimeter of polygons (includes rectangles, triangles, trapezoids and parallelograms) as well as area and circumference of circles? Look no further. Not only does this resource contain guided notes and practice pages for these concepts, but it also contains formula & vocabulary sheets as a quick reference for students. You'll also have two versions of the answer keys (simple answer key = answers only | step-by-step answer keys = great for sub plans)

The original download is a zip file that contains a PDF for all pages as well as a Word Doc file so you can edit the student pages. Each page could be used separately from the others. I used this lesson in 7th grade to review the perimeter & area of polygons as well as circumference & area of circles all in one lesson. You could arrange it differently if you wanted to split it into two lessons or only use one part of it.
