What educators are saying
This was a great resource for students to use to help support the learning of "explicit" and "implicit" throughout the stories. Thank you!
Description
This Prezi presentation introduces students to explicit vs implicit information within different texts.
The prezi introduces these two terms and how they relate to inferences.
It asks students to identify explicit and implicit information in real world examples including:
-Film clip
-Song lyrics
-Cereal Advertisement
-Two commercials
Finally, students will read a short story and determine what statements are explicitly or implicitly answered within the text
Handout for students to follow along with the prezi also included!
