Incorporating the Arts in Writing

This is a presentation of many ideas for how to incorporate art & music into writing instruction. Includes specific lesson plans & writing prompts, as well as many ideas for other activities. Suggested resources, rubrics, and a song list are also included. Could be integrated into the whole school year to spark more creativity and whimsy in student writing (even the state or district mandated ones!).
