After your students take home a RealCare Baby infant simulator, have them fill out this reflection form. This resource will give you a basic template and you will be able to edit it as you see fit. I love seeing the responses from my students and reading about what they learned from the experience. Included in the zip file are 5 header images so you can choose the one you like best and use it in the Google form.
