Item Analysis Spreadsheet for Multiple Choice tests

Item Analysis Template for Multiple Choice tests to track how students perform on each question. Can use the data to determine which questions/topics students struggled on and also track based on individual classes.

For each class input the number of students taking the test in the row "#students". Then tally the number of incorrect responses for each multiple choice question. This will generate the percentage of students per class and for all classes who get each question wrong.
