State, read and write the names of 10 vehicles
Understand that KATAKANA is used for borrowed words
Read and write the kanji symbols: 大　好
Understand that kanji represent meaning as well as sounds
Sing ‘I Love Vehicles’ song with class
Identify key words in simple spoken texts ( vehicle names, degree of LIKE)
Ask and answer the question 　XX　が　好きですか。
Respond to the question in four ways. はい、大好きです。はい、好きです。 はい、まあまあ、好きです。いいえ、好きじゃないです。
Read aloud the question/answer pattern
Write labels to complete statements in a mini book they make
Read aloud their own mini book
Use the particle も to create two related statements. 　　　　　　　　　　　　　Eg.　でんしゃが好きです。ひこうきも好きです。
