Job Shadow Student Reflection & Staff Feedback Forms. Vocational Work Experience

Gathering feedback when students visit a vocational work site is key to helping them continue to grow in their skills and the right reflection form can give you valuable insight.  Equally as important is the form staff complete to share their feedback on a student’s work experience and progress.  

Having forms available as both paper and digital versions can help you get student and staff thoughts both quickly and easily.  

Drawing from my own experience with students at community based instructional (CBI) volunteer work sites, I included questions on both the staff and student forms to get quality feedback that will help you better understand and support your students and their vocational needs.

• Staff will complete a digital or paper form to provide feedback on a student’s performance for work sites they visit regularly, such as a volunteer placement or internship.
