K-5 MATH Vertical Alignment Summary for Common Core

This Common Core Math VERTICAL ALIGNMENT Summary was created to be used as a tool for classroom teachers, specialists, professional development teams, support staff and TpT sellers.

Every grade level (K-5) is represented on each of 5 pages. Each page details key concepts from a different domain (Operations and Algebraic Thinking, Number and Operations in Base Ten, Number and Operations - Fractions, Geometry, Measurement and Data).

Not only will this tool help you to know what the standards are for the grade you teach, you will also know what your students have already been taught and what they will do next year and years to come. It helps with differentiation because you can easily step back or step forward within the domain.

I've included a preview of the Measurement and Data page. All 5 pages are set up similarly and color-coded to coordinate with my other Common Core products.
