Kindergarten Common Core Math Stations for the Year!

This bundle includes 1 math station for each of the Kindergarten common core math standards!

There are 25 stations in all... priced at less than $1 a station!

~These stations can be used anytime of the year regardless of season or your curriculum.
~Every station includes a recording sheet so that you can check for understanding and completion of the activity.
~These are designed to be "light" on color while still being visually engaging.
~Each station is also included in black and white for those who prefer not to print in color.

Counting and Cardinality:
K.CC.1- Students count to 100 using different voices and tones. They rate their own counting using the recording sheet.
K.CC.1- Students place the decade numbers in order as they count. A recording sheet is provided.
K.CC.2- Students choose a card and count from the numbers shown. They rate their own counting on the recording sheet provided.
K.CC.3- Students match the number and number word to the card with the same number of stars.
K.CC.4- Students count the number of objects on the card and then write that number on the recording sheet. Two recording sheets are provided (counting to 10 and counting to 20)
K.CC.5- Students count the number of faces in each box. They record the number on the recording sheet.
K.CC.6- Students count the animals on each card and determine if there are more dogs or more of the other animal. They record the letters from each card on the recording sheet.
K.CC.7- Students use gum balls to show a number in each machine. They must decide which number is bigger and use the <,>, or = to sign.

OA Standards:
K.OA.1- Students add the stars. They write the number sentence on the recording sheet.
K.OA.1- Students subtract the stars. They write the number sentence on the recording sheet.
K.OA.2- Students solve the real world addition story problems with the help of the picture.
K.OA.2- Students solve the real world subtraction story problems with the help of the picture.
K.OA.3- Students choose a number and then use bugs to find 3 ways to create that number.
K.OA.4- Students use the ten frame to find what number is needed to make 10.
K.OA.5- Students answer math fact (+/-) problems using a number line.

NBT Standards:
K.NBT.1- Students match the numbers 11-19 to the base ten blocks.

Measurement and Data Standards:
K.MD.1- Students sort pictures based on weight (heavy or light) on sorting mats.
K.MD.2- Students compare rectangles to a single rectangle on the sorting mat. They place their rectangle on the longer or shorter recording mat.
K.MD.3- Students sort pictures into categories (food, toys, animals). They complete a graph once all pictures are sorted.

Geometry Standards:
K.G.1- Students match the picture cards to the correct position card.
K.G.2- Students sort shape cards to their name.
K.G.3- Students sort 2D and 3D shapes on sorting mats.
K.G.4- Students find the shapes on each card that have the same number of sides and corners.
K.G.5- Students build objects with materials like popsicle sticks, wiki sticks or yarn pieces.
K.G.6- Students match the card with the shape to the card containing the two shapes that make it.
