Kitchen Measurement Liquid/Dry Measuring Cups Spoons Culinary Math Capacity

An in-person, remote, and/or virtual learning resource packet on recipe calculations, culinary math, kitchen measurement, measuring spoons and cups, Gallon King Man, and measurement abbreviations. This resource includes Google Forms and printable documents for use with Google Classroom, Canvas, Microsoft, etc. This is a great resource for classroom, remote learning, digital learning assignments, and synchronous/asynchronous virtual learning.

This set includes six (6) Google Forms (all auto-graded) and five (5) printable activities to help students master the concepts of kitchen/culinary measurement, food measurement, kitchen math, liquid measurement, liquid capacity, measuring cups (liquid and dry), and measuring spoons.

I use these forms/activities in my middle school and high school Basics of Food & Nutrition class, but they can also be used in lower grades as long as they can understand fractions and decimals.

The abbreviations covered in this packet are: cup, quart, pint, gallon, teaspoon, tablespoon, fluid ounce, ounce, pound, and degrees Fahrenheit.
